Within this scope, we provide professional inspection and control services covering both coating inspection and the entire painting process.
All applications are carried out in-house, from surface preparation to blasting and final painting, including all inspection stages. Surface preparation processes such as cleaning and surface profile (roughness) measurements; painting conditions, environmental parameters, intercoat compatibility, dry film thickness (DFT), curing process, and final visual quality criteria are thoroughly monitored, inspected, and documented.
In line with this capability, we perform project-specific paint tests in accordance with customer specifications and are capable of applying coating systems suitable for all corrosion categories and service conditions. We successfully execute projects requiring high-performance coating systems, challenging environmental conditions, and special technical specifications by ensuring all necessary inspection, testing, and verification processes.
