Armetal Montaj Elektrik Ağaç Taahhüt San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. carries out Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities in accordance with relevant international standards, in order to ensure the quality and reliability of our welded fabrication and production processes.
Visual Testing (VT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) operations at our company are performed by our VT Level 2 and PT Level 2 certified operators. These personnel apply visual and liquid penetrant inspection methods to detect surface defects and ensure compliance with quality criteria.
In addition, our company employs VT Level 3, PT Level 3, MT Level 3 and UT Level 3 certified expert personnel. This allows non-destructive testing activities — including planning, application, evaluation and approval processes — to be carried out entirely with in-house resources.
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) methods are also applied under the supervision and approval of our Level 3 certified personnel, ensuring a high level of technical control and reliability throughout the inspection processes.
Thanks to this certified structure, all NDT activities are carried out under strict quality control, traceability is ensured, and the integrity of the welded fabrications produced is guaranteed.
