Within this scope, all welding activities are controlled and systematically monitored in accordance with international standards and customer specifications. Detailed welding plans are prepared for production processes, and WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) documents are developed and implemented.
All welding applications are performed based on approved WPQR (Welding Procedure Qualification Record) documents. This ensures that all welding operations are carried out within verified and standardized procedures, providing consistency and full traceability.
Throughout all stages of the welding process, material compliance, welding parameters, welder qualifications, and inspection/testing activities are effectively controlled to ensure full conformity with quality requirements.
